Do you host events or workshops?
Yes. Carmel is more than a store - it’s a space for the creative and design-minded. From maker-led workshops to design talks, you’ll find something inspiring. Sign up to our newsletter or email us to be added to our events list.

What’s your returns policy?
We don’t offer refunds at this time, but we’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every purchase from Carmel is considered special - we offer complimentary gift wrapping in-store.
